  • Steak ‘n Shake Renews Lease: Steak ‘n Shake just renewed its lease in Fairborn, Ohio, a suburb of Dayton, for an additional five years.  Although they seem to be done in St. Louis, it’s good to see they are still going strong in other markets!
  • Edgewater Point Office Building: Hutchinson Recreation just renewed their lease for an additional 3 years!  The building continues to be 100% occupied for almost two years now. 
  • LATITUDE N38 RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TORPEDOED BY QUESTIONABLE POLITICS!  Last week our Latitude N38 twelve home residential development was torpedoed by politics, not the will of the residents that support their council members who chose their personal agenda over their constituents. Stephens, Woerther, Mccutchen, Dodwell were the most blatant. Vote against Stephens and Mccutchen in April. The only 2 seats of nine possible that are contested this April. The others are uncontested as no one wants to be part of the current tide in Wildwood council.
