David Lehnert is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Finance and brings over 30-years of commercial real estate experience to the company .   David started his career in corporate real estate in the grocery industry beginning with The Kroger Company and then with SUPERVALU Inc., where he rose to the position of Vice President of Real Estate covering Chicago and the Midwest Region. 

During his time in the grocery industry David was responsible for the development of 62 freestanding and shopping center anchored grocery stores, the sale of over 3.5 million square feet of retail, distribution and manufacturing facilities and the Management of 5 and 7 million square footcorporate real estate portfolios.    In 2007 David Joined the OPUS Development Company and was responsible for opening the company’s new retail development office in St. Louis.  In 2010 David joined GJ Grewe, Inc. and served in both development and asset management roles.  On January 1, 2019 David Lehnert joined TB Realty and Development to help manage the growth in the Company’s business and to bring increased focus to sales and marketing efforts for the company’s growing customer base.
